About NY 15

New York’s 15th Congressional District is home to nearly 740,000 people whose roots stretch across the globe. Spanning the West and South Bronx. From Mott Haven and Melrose to Belmont, Fordham, Highbridge, Norwood, Riverdale, Williamsbridge, Woodlawn, and so many more - our district reflects the true spirit of The Bronx: resilient, diverse, hardworking, and full of pride. We may be the smallest district in New York by size, but we are one of the most vibrant and culturally rich communities in the country.

Every day, families across The Bronx sit at their kitchen tables trying to make ends meet. They wonder how they will make rent in the most expensive city in America, how they’ll manage rising utility bills, whether their children will be safe on the way to school, and how they’ll support their families tomorrow. We're talking about affordability; not in the abstract but the realities families face everyday. These are federal issues—and they demand federal leadership that understands our struggles and is ready to fight for real solutions.

Our community is powered by essential workers, small businesses, and generations of residents who have shaped the identity of The Bronx and contributed so much to our city and our country—including creating the art form that became hip hop. The district is also home to beloved institutions like Yankee Stadium, the Bronx Zoo, the New York Botanical Garden, and the vibrant Arthur Ave–Little Italy.

But our families deserve more than pride—they deserve progress. They deserve stable, affordable housing, fair energy costs, safer streets, better transit, and federal investment that finally matches the strength and potential of our people. NY-15 needs a representative who will bring our voices to Washington and fight every day for a Bronx that is safer, healthier, and more affordable for all of us.

This district is resilient, united, and full of possibility. And with the right leadership in Congress, we can make sure every Bronx family has the chance to thrive.
