Each year more people are deciding traditional education and career options are not the right fit for them, and we have an obligation to provide other good opportunities for these people.
THE STATE SHOULD FUND FREE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR JOBS IN DIVERSE SECTORS LIKE TECHNOLOGY, GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION , SO THAT PEOPLE CAN HAVE PATHWAYS OUT OF POVERTY.
The state has a responsibility to ensure that workers are treated with dignity. This means ensuring workers are treated fairly, free to organize, paid for the work they do, and have good jobs that allow them to support their families.
